Courmayeur in the summerseason
Experience summer in Courmayeur the way we do
When we think of summer in Courmayeur, we think of trails starting from the hotel, the Skyway rising up in search of cooler air, a simple day in Val Ferret or Val Veny among meadows, streams and outdoor tables, a few hours at the Pré-Saint-Didier thermal baths and a swim in the pool with the mountains in front of you. These are the experiences we suggest most often, because they truly reflect the way we live the mountains in summer.
Walking along the trails
Meadows, mountain pastures and huts overlooking Mont Blanc
From the hotel you can quickly reach the starting points of some of the most beautiful hikes, with views of the extraordinary Mont Blanc massif. You walk among meadows and chalets, with the option to stop in a mountain hut for a hot dish or a coffee on the terrace.
Riding the Skyway Monte Bianco
Seeing the peaks from very close
The rotating cable car takes you quickly up to high altitude, where the air is cool even in the warmest months. From the panoramic terraces, your gaze sweeps across the glaciers and ridges.

Alpine pool at Plan Chécrouit
Swimming with a view of the mountains
In summer, at Plan Chécrouit there is a small outdoor pool, heated and with panoramic views. It’s a place to lie back on a deckchair, swim a few laps and enjoy the fresh mountain air with the peaks always in sight.
